Technique 1.154       Understanding Control

Introduction
This involves learning you cannot control every aspect of your life and should instead focus on those things you can control (including your responses to events, other people, etc)
"...by letting go of the need to control every aspect of your life, you open yourself up to a world of possibilities and growth. Ultimately, it  is not about controlling the storm but learning to dance in the rain..."
