Technique 1.155 Wellness Questionnaire (more good days)
Introduction
There is no-one-size-fits all approach to wellness; it needs to be personalised around general principles.
A good place to start is understanding what you like doing.
The below 'more good days wellness wheel' helps you understand what is important to you, what is your life meaning, where you currently are and where you want to be.
There are 3 important areas:
i) mind (this
"...refers to thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Mind wellness is about how people are feeling, their state of mind, and what mental activities stimulate their mind..."
Australian Government, 2023
ii) body (refers to a person's physical health that can be impacted by nutrition, physical activities and lifestyle choices)
iii) social connectedness (refers to engagement and relationships, including family, friends, community, workplace, social groupings, etc
"... Strong social connectedness with people and environments gives people coping mechanisms to draw on when needed..."
Australian Government, 2023)

- motivate people to participate in the wellness journey and achieve their goals.
Need to focus on what you can do, ie your strengths, rather than what you cannot do, ie your weaknesses.
