Video Series
Introduction:
These are links to a series of videos on Change Management and Organisational Development; presented by Bill Synnot at various seminars, conferences, Masterclasses and in-house workshops.
Nuffield Group is delighted to present our third online webinar in this series, titled 'How to make change easier in your organisation'.
Bill Synnot, CEO and co-author of best-selling management book, 'The Toolbox for Change: A Practical Approach', joins Lisa Jones, CEO of Ardoch and expert in strategy and change management. The session was moderated by Nigel Dearing, CEO of Nuffield Group.
Based on decades of experience, our expert panellists have found that organisations make unnecessary hard work of change management by putting too much focus on the technical side and not enough on the people side of change. Recent research reinforces this. i.e. the people side of change contributes to around 70% of its success; yet, only around 3% of investment is on the people side.
Attendees will receive a better understanding of how to maximise ownership by key stakeholders, realise there is no one-size-fits-all change management strategy, maximise leverage of 'soft skills' by understanding emotional intelligence and neuroscience, and learn how to calculate return on investment for the people side of change.
