Introduction
Sometimes you can be the last person to know what is really going on in your team or organisation.
This can be due to a variety of factors, including systems, processes, culture, etc that hides information, etc from you about what is really happening.

| v) Do you seek opportunities to have informal discussions with different stakeholders? | ||
| vi) Are you naturally curious and ask questions? | ||
| vii) Do you keep an active lookout for background noise that could show a deeper problem and /or emerging trend? | ||
| viii) Do you have a diverse team with different experiences and backgrounds to ensure a range of perspectives are available? | ||
