Technique 1.52 Questions about Mindsets
When looking at laying the foundations for change in an organisational transition, the following questions maybe of assistance:
. What results and new ways of working do you want to create?
. What organisational behaviours, characteristics and assumptions are most likely to hinder change?
. What organisational behaviours, characteristics and assumptions are most likely to help?
. In order to develop the results you want,
‐ what attitudes would have to shift?
‐ how much mindset and point of view modification would that require from staff?
‐ how much mindset and point of view modification would that require from management?
‐ how much would their (management and staff) self‐image need to alter?
‐ how much would their (management and staff) concept of their place in the organisation need to alter?
(NB Focus on the positives. It is much easier to change people by accentuating the qualities that seem close to the ones you want to promote.)
Ascribe a number to each letter of the alphabet:

Then add up the numbers (as percentages) for the following words. For example, attitude equals 100%, ie
So, one can conclude, with mathematical certainty, that while hard work and knowledge will get you close, and attitude will get you there, it's the bullshit and ass kissing that will push you over the top!!!!!!
