Solution Delivery | Works with management to ensure implementation plans are in place for training roll-out to all impacted stakeholders |
Monitors the roll-out of training to all stakeholders | |
Evaluation | Take steps to evaluate the effectiveness in the workplace |
Ensures results of training are evaluated and provides reports to management and other stakeholders as required |
