Introduction

The 3 phases of change communication:

i) Awareness (involves pre-change activities that help to create a good foundation before the change starts; preparing people for the change by changing mindsets)

ii) Launch (activation/engagement) (start of new initiative; encourage feedback; highlight benefits and find ways to handle challenges)

iii) Embedding (techniques to sustain the change for the long-term; reiterate key messages; respond to feedback; celebrate the key milestones;
