1.  Meet and exceed expectations of different stakeholders in change (expectations of different stakeholders like staff, customers, shareholders, etc are met plus financial ones like positive ROI (for more details see below), etc

2. Handle change in organisation (increase the capacity to handle change and decrease the disruptive nature of some changes. Generally, change happens at 3 levels that need different and complimentary approaches.
