Technique 1.142 Energy Levels

Introduction

Over time track your energy levels, ie grade your energy levels from 1 (very low) to 10 (very high) every couple of hours; at the same time, record what you were doing, ie record the ebb and flow of energy.

Then answer the following questions:

1. When was your energy the highest? What were you doing at those times?

2. When was your energy the lowest? What were you doing at those times?

3. What surprised you about your energy levels?

4. What patterns do you observe about what creates low-energy and what creates high levels?

5. What insights do you now have about how to better manage or self-regulate your energy?

Some comments

- work on your top priorities when your energy levels are high

- when your energy levels are low, work on ways of reactivating your energy like exercising, taking a break, having something nutritious to eat, doing something you like or are interested in, taking a nap, reducing multitasking, showing gratitude, etc

- relate your findings back to the 4 dimensions, ie physical, mental, emotional and spiritual

- research has shown that
"...it takes about 66 days to form a new habit..."
