Threats and Rewards

For change to be effective, you need to maximise the reward response and minimise the threat response, which will, for example, happen when in overload.

In the reward state we are more likely to have insights (for more details, see elsewhere in the Knowledge Base).

Furthermore, the part of the brain that change impacts the most is the same part influenced by uncertainty and failure!!!!!!

Change can create a feeling of uncertainty and even failure.
