How To Brainstorm
1. Focus on quantity over quality (latter can be selected later)
2. Selectively apply constraints to keep the session focused (criticism is actively discouraged, no personal attacks allowed, focus on positives before negatives, everyone treated with respect, constant interruptions are allowed, allowed to display emotions, etc)
3. Record all ideas (irrespective of apparent worth, etc)
4. Never finalise or commit during a session (later on can select; allow freewheeling, etc)
5. Look at all sources for inspiration (what the competition is doing? Can you imitate it?, etc)
6. Conduct brainstorming in short bursts (take regular breaks to stay productive, etc)
7. Conduct the session in a non-threatening environment (everyone is able to express their point of view, etc)
