  Understands the principles of change management and the stages of change acceptance and can coach staff in dealing with a changing environment
  Recognises dual role of managers as recipients and implementers of change and take an appropriate approach
  Understands their responsibilities of a change sponsor and coaches sponsors to achieve higher performance
Organisational Capability Uses coaching to increase overall organisational capability in handling change
Role Model Acts as a role model for others (including key influences), shares knowledge and coaches others
Champions New Skills Provides appropriate training and workplace learning opportunities that not only provide for the development of any necessary new skills but which support the goals and change initiative
