Develops, reinforces and communicates a clear vision
  Understands and leverages the drivers of change
  Understands the drivers of change in the organisation's strategy and aligns key change messages, strategic aims and goals
  Maintains a long-term, strategic and tactical view of change in order to identify risks and opportunities
  Accurately identifies the scope and complexity of change
  Builds communication strategy based on scope
  Can quickly assess the current organisational landscape for a change, and identify other activities for initiatives that may become opportunities or issues
Assess Readiness Regularly monitors organisational readiness for change
Strategic View Challenges thinking and questions assumptions in a constructive way
  Recognises likely impacts on organisational strategies and plans and alerts management
  Correctly assesses the impact of other changes and adapts approach, exploits opportunities and takes mitigation action as required
  Recognises the need for integration across model change programmes and projects that will impact common stakeholders
Sustainable Outcome Builds lasting solutions, which are owned by the organisation, and takes account of the current and future changes in the organisation
