Seating Arrangements

During negotiations, seating arrangements can send powerful messages about status, etc.

If required to sit at a table, it is best to use a round table. This means there is no obvious hierarchical seating order that can occur like when using other shaped tables, eg rectangular or square or circular.

Also, mix the parties up so that there is no grouping of parties at the table.
