Framework 129 Transform Organisational Culture
Introduction
Need to transform organisational cultures that are characterised by self-interest and greed to organisations dedicated to building a better world through business. One way is to use the below diagram (7 Levels of consciousness) as a basis and convert it to an organisational basis (see second diagram).
This is based on the contention that values are the key to understanding human behaviour.
It requires people in the organisation to have high levels of self-awareness of their own value systems and their impact on the organisation.
