Ask questions around "who, what, where, when, how, and why"

Can do this in a fan concept (see elsewhere in this Knowledge Base) or decision tree format.

For example,

- Who is going to be impacted?

- What is going to be the impacted?

- Where is the impact going to be?

- When is the impact going to occur?

- How is the impact going to happen?

- Why is the impact going to happen?
