{product-noshow 9|name|cart|picture|link|border|menuid:206|pricedis3|pricetax1}

Look at different management process by answering the following questions to help establish a sense of urgency

Who owns the process?

Who has the power to change it?

What are its objectives?

What are the success metrics?

Who are the customers of this process?

Who gets to participate?

What are the data or information inputs for this process?

What analytical techniques are used?

What events and milestones are driving this process?

What kind of decisions does this process generate?

What are the decision-making criteria?

What are the decisions communicated, and to whom?

Does this process link to other management systems?
