Definitions:

Denial = a belief that nothing major is happening and/or will not affect me

(need to build awareness)

Resistance = ranges from negative vibes to blatant opposition (conflict resolution)

Adaptation = acceptance of change (goal setting and problem-solving)

Involvement = active participation (team building)
